Colour-blocking
I thought I'd have a go at colour-blocking today and as it's a bit overcast again, I chose some bright colours.

Comforts of home
It's a very pretty outfit today despite me wallowing around home, not feeling well. At least I'll look good doing it!
The khaki cargos are ideal for chillin' and the fuschia just brings it all to life.

Vintage fair
Good morning. Well the sun is out on this fine Bank holiday and I am off to a Vintage Fair at Spitalfields Market in London.
I wanted to 'team with the theme' but I didn't want to look like I belonged on one of the stalls! So I chose this eye-catching red lace dress and some black accessories so the dress would 'pop'.
I'm really looking forward to the fair.

Brunch by the river
I'm going out for brunch today and will be strolling along the river Thames to get there, hence the sensible walking shoes. The nautical location inspired the lime green and navy colours and when you go nautical, you have to go stripes! I hope the meal is as delightful as my outfit.

London calling
The heavy rain of last night seems to have given way to some sunshine at last, so I think I'll do a spot of sightseeing today.
As it's still warm, I've chosen this gorgeous Orla Kiely silk skirt and a silk top to compliment it, rather than to compete with the beautiful print.
I couldn't resist the chance to add orange accessories because, let's face it, how often do we get the chance to wear orange tastefully? (Watch this space!)
A light cardy will cover me should it cloud over, while I'm sheltering in a cafe.
